When can you hire a vehicle?
Both our Brisbane international airport and domestic airport services are available all day every day and all night every night. While we’re normally open from 8am until 5pm on weekdays and 8am to 2pm on weekends, we’re always contactable and available whenever you need us.

What do I do once I land in Brisbane?
Welcome! Once you’ve landed and have collected your baggage, give us a call on +61 7 3868 1935 during normal operating hours or 0745 193 131 during non-operating hours and our representative will meet you at the pick up point.
We’ll drive you out of the terminal to our office at 490 Nudgee Road, Hendra QLD 4011, which is just a few kilometres away. Then we’ll sort out the paperwork in a flash and have you off in your rental car before you know it.
And yes, our shuttle service is completely free.
Once you’ve confirmed your booking with us, we’ll get in touch to remind you of the collection process, especially for after-hours hires.
Please note that after-hours fees do apply for collection and return and our after-hours office location is at 539 Nudgee Road, Hendra. After-hours operation is between 4.30pm and 8am on weekdays and 1pm to 8am on weekends.
Filling up with fuel
When you hire a car from Andy’s, you’ll drive off with a full tank of petrol. To avoid being hit with a surcharge we ask that you fill the tank up on your way to returning the vehicle. Luckily, it’s super convenient with two different petrol stations located right by the airport.
